The Mason Family

Happy New Year!  2012 was our best year ever with incredible assignments and wonderful people joining our extended family of clients/friends.  We feel lucky to have been able to capture so many small parts of so many lives!  I’ve fallen way behind in my sharing of our commercial and editorial work recently, and for that I apologize.  I promise that in the coming weeks, our blog will be updated to highlight our work with athletes, crazy outdoor adventures and some of the awesome brands that support us and these fantastic people.

But we would be remiss if we didn’t share a few photos of our friends and their latest additions: twin baby girls.  It was truly an honor to spend time with The Masons and their newborns.  I admit it… I had no clue about most of the logistical challenges of twins.  My God: the gear, the note taking, the feeding, the changing, the timing!  I mean, I just never before thought about the logistics of how you care for two newborns at once… it was beautiful and exhausting all at once.  No matter how “hardcore” many of my friends think they are for riding bikes over The Alps or racing Ironman or guiding expeditions to Mount Everest, they/we have learned NOTHING about endurance in comparison to what The Mason’s are doing daily.  Wow.

All joking aside though, Pete and Trisha were so kind to let us into their lives and capture the quiet moments; the small details and the reality of life with twin girls.  Congratulations!  They are beautiful!
